Web Design & Development service with Elementor page builder

A very common issue with Elementor editor is seen recently and this is a black partial screen in the editor like the image given below-

elementor editor not loading- adsense issue

Reason:
This is happening due to Google Adsense script code. In fact, we’ve seen some reports of this happening recently for people who are using Adsense on their sites. So it’s normal if you are using Adsense!

The Adsense code has changed very recently. It adds a “height: auto !important;” CSS code to the iframe element which affects the Elementor editor’s “
elementor-preview-iframe” element as well (as the editor of Elementor is an iframe).

Solutions

Best Solution: Use a reputable ad-blocker browser extension (such as Adblock for Chrome or Firefox) can help to enable you to get into the editor and edit normally.

2nd solution:
Also, If you have the Adsense script within an HTML widget on the page, you can remove it once you’re in the editor or you can simply continue to use the adblocker browser extension.

3rd Solution:
Use Incognito mode of the browser!

Wrapping up:
So this is the current solution that is also provided by Elementor support.
If the ad units have fixed sizes, all is well; however, if the ad units have automatic sizing, it breaks. If you’d like for now, you could try replacing the auto-sized ad units with ones that have fixed sizes.

Developers from Elementor team will be reaching out to Google’s developers to see if they can come up with a permanent solution.

So we can hope to see a permanent solution very soon!
